2. Toepasselijkheid

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten gesloten via de website www.pawbliss.be. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, aanvaardt de klant uitdrukkelijk deze voorwaarden.

3. Aanbod en prijzen

Alle prijzen zijn vermeld in euro (€) en zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders aangegeven. PawBliss behoudt zich het recht voor om prijzen op elk moment te wijzigen, maar de prijs die van toepassing is op het moment van de bestelling blijft gelden.

Kennelijke fouten in de prijsopgave, zoals evidente onjuistheden, binden PawBliss niet.

4. Bestelling en betalingen

Een bestelling is definitief nadat de klant de bevestigingsmail heeft ontvangen. Betaling dient te geschieden via de beschikbare betaalmethoden op de website: kredietkaart, Bancontact, iDEAL of andere aangeboden methoden.

Bij niet-betaling behoudt PawBliss zich het recht voor de bestelling te annuleren.

5. Levering

Bestellingen worden verwerkt en verzonden via externe leveranciers (dropshipping). De verwachte levertijd bedraagt 3 tot 10 werkdagen, afhankelijk van de locatie van de klant en de leverancier.

PawBliss is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen te wijten aan de leverancier, transporteur of overmacht. De klant ontvangt een trackingnummer zodra de bestelling verzonden is.

6. Herroepingsrecht

Conform de Belgische en Europese consumentenwetgeving heeft de klant het recht om de overeenkomst te herroepen binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst van het product, zonder opgave van reden.

Om gebruik te maken van het herroepingsrecht dient de klant PawBliss te contacteren via hello@pawbliss.be. Het product dient ongebruikt en in de originele verpakking te worden geretourneerd. Retourkosten zijn ten laste van de klant, tenzij het product defect of foutief geleverd werd.

7. Garantie

PawBliss garandeert dat de geleverde producten conform zijn aan de bestelling en voldoen aan de normale verwachtingen. Bij een defect product binnen de wettelijke garantietermijn heeft de klant recht op herstelling, vervanging of terugbetaling.

8. Aansprakelijkheid

PawBliss is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de producten. De aansprakelijkheid van PawBliss is in elk geval beperkt tot het bedrag van de betreffende bestelling.

9. Klachten

Klachten kunnen worden ingediend via hello@pawbliss.be. PawBliss verbindt er zich toe elke klacht binnen 5 werkdagen te beantwoorden.

10. Toepasselijk recht

Op alle overeenkomsten is het Belgisch recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken van het arrondissement Gent.

2. Applicabilité

Les présentes conditions générales s'appliquent à toutes les offres, commandes et contrats conclus via le site www.pawbliss.be. En passant une commande, le client accepte expressément ces conditions.

3. Offre et prix

Tous les prix sont indiqués en euros (€) et incluent la TVA, sauf indication contraire. PawBliss se réserve le droit de modifier les prix à tout moment, mais le prix applicable au moment de la commande reste en vigueur.

4. Commande et paiement

Une commande est définitive après réception de l'e-mail de confirmation. Le paiement doit être effectué via les méthodes disponibles sur le site: carte de crédit, Bancontact, iDEAL ou autres méthodes proposées.

5. Livraison

Les commandes sont traitées et expédiées par des fournisseurs externes (dropshipping). Le délai de livraison estimé est de 3 à 10 jours ouvrables selon la localisation du client et du fournisseur. Le client reçoit un numéro de suivi dès l'expédition.

6. Droit de rétractation

Conformément à la législation belge et européenne sur la protection des consommateurs, le client dispose d'un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception du produit pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sans justification.

Pour exercer ce droit, le client doit contacter PawBliss via hello@pawbliss.be. Le produit doit être retourné non utilisé et dans son emballage d'origine. Les frais de retour sont à charge du client, sauf en cas de produit défectueux ou mal livré.

7. Garantie

PawBliss garantit que les produits livrés sont conformes à la commande et répondent aux attentes normales. En cas de défaut dans le délai légal de garantie, le client a droit à une réparation, un remplacement ou un remboursement.

8. Responsabilité

PawBliss n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects ou consécutifs résultant de l'utilisation des produits. La responsabilité de PawBliss est en tout cas limitée au montant de la commande concernée.

9. Réclamations

Les réclamations peuvent être soumises via hello@pawbliss.be. PawBliss s'engage à répondre à toute réclamation dans les 5 jours ouvrables.

10. Droit applicable

Tous les contrats sont soumis au droit belge. Les litiges seront soumis aux tribunaux compétents de l'arrondissement de Gand.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through www.pawbliss.be. By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts these terms.

3. Offers and prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. PawBliss reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applicable at the time of ordering remains valid.

4. Orders and payment

An order is final after the customer has received the confirmation email. Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the website: credit card, Bancontact, iDEAL or other offered methods.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped via external suppliers (dropshipping). The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the location of the customer and the supplier. The customer receives a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact PawBliss via hello@pawbliss.be. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Warranty

PawBliss guarantees that the delivered products conform to the order and meet normal expectations. In case of a defective product within the legal warranty period, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

8. Liability

PawBliss is not liable for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the products. PawBliss's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via hello@pawbliss.be. PawBliss undertakes to respond to every complaint within 5 business days.

10. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Ghent.
